Using the product catalog in conversations

Showcase your products directly in WhatsApp conversations with rich product cards.

What is the product catalog?

WhatsApp Business allows you to create a product catalog that customers can browse. Products appear as rich cards with images, descriptions, and prices.

Setting up your catalog

Sync from Meta

  1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Accounts → Your Account
  2. Your catalog syncs automatically from Meta's Commerce Manager
  3. Products appear in AIsoule's catalog section

Managing products in Meta

Products are managed in Meta Commerce Manager:

  1. Add products with images, descriptions, prices
  2. Organize into collections
  3. Products sync to AIsoule automatically

Sending products in chat

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Click the 🛒 Product button (or find it in the attachment menu)
  3. Browse your catalog
  4. Select one or more products
  5. Send — customer sees a product carousel

What customers see

Customers receive a swipeable carousel with:

  • Product image
  • Product name
  • Price
  • Short description
  • "View" button for full details

Tips

  1. Use high-quality images — Products with good photos get more engagement
  2. Keep descriptions short — Key features only, not full specs
  3. Update prices regularly — Outdated prices cause confusion
  4. Send relevant products — Based on what the customer is asking about
  5. Follow up with payment link — After they express interest
