AIsoule acts as a data processor on behalf of our customers (data controllers) who use our platform to communicate with their end users via WhatsApp Business API.

• Account information (name, email, phone)
• WhatsApp conversation data
• Contact lists uploaded by customers
• Usage analytics
• Payment and billing information

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Security

We implement encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and incident response procedures.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
