Setting up your catalog

In Meta Commerce Manager

1. Go to Meta Commerce Manager
2. Create a catalog (or connect existing)
3. Add products:
   • Product name
   • Description
   • Price
   • Image
   • SKU/ID
4. Publish the catalog

Syncing to AIsoule

Your catalog syncs automatically once connected to your WABA. Products appear in AIsoule's catalog section.

Sending products in chat

1. Open a conversation
2. Click the 🛒 Product button
3. Browse or search your catalog
4. Select products to share
5. Send — customer sees a product carousel

In-chat ordering flow

1. Customer browses products you send
2. They express interest ("I want this one")
3. You confirm the order details
4. Send a payment link for checkout
5. Confirm payment and process order

Tips

1. High-quality images — Products with good photos sell better
2. Clear pricing — Include tax/shipping info
3. Quick responses — Don't let interested buyers wait
4. Follow up — If they viewed but didn't buy, send a gentle reminder
5. Combine with campaigns — Send new product announcements via broadcast
