After a campaign completes, analyze its performance to improve future campaigns.
Campaign metrics

Viewing campaign reports
- Go to Campaigns
- Click on a completed campaign
- The stats section shows all metrics
- Click Recipients tab for per-recipient details
Analyzing results
High delivery, low read rate
- Template content may not be engaging
- Subject/header doesn't grab attention
- Sent at wrong time of day
High failure rate
- Invalid phone numbers in your list
- Messaging limit reached
- Account connection issues
Good read rate, low response
- Template doesn't have a clear CTA
- No buttons for easy interaction
- Content is informational (not conversational)
Comparing campaigns
Look at trends across multiple campaigns:
- Which templates perform best?
- Which segments have highest engagement?
- What time of day gets best read rates?
Tips
- A/B test templates — Send two versions to small groups, then scale the winner
- Track over time — Build a spreadsheet of campaign metrics
- Segment analysis — Compare performance across different audience segments
- Optimize send time — Test different times and track read rates
- Clean your lists — Remove contacts that consistently fail
