Language settings

AIsoule's interface is available in multiple languages.

Available languages

Changing language on web

1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left
2. Look for the language switcher (globe icon)
3. Select your preferred language
4. The interface updates immediately

What changes

• All navigation labels and buttons
• Form labels and placeholders
• Error messages and notifications
• Help text and descriptions

What doesn't change

• Your message content (what you type to customers)
• Contact names and data
• Template content
• Campaign names

RTL support

Arabic is fully supported with right-to-left (RTL) layout. The entire interface mirrors when Arabic is selected.

Tips

1. Match your team — Set the language your team is most comfortable with
2. Customer messages stay as-is — Language setting only affects the UI, not conversations
3. Templates are per-language — Create templates in the language your customers speak
