Billing, plans, and subscription management

Everything you need to know about AIsoule pricing and managing your subscription.

All plans include: Broadcasting, Chatbot Builder, AI Agent, Drip Campaigns, Contact Management, Form Flows, WhatsApp Catalog, Webhooks, Developer API.

Viewing your current plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing (or click your profile → Billing)
  2. You'll see:
    • Current plan name
    • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
    • Next renewal date
    • Usage stats (messages sent, agents used)

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment via Razorpay
  5. New features are available immediately

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Note: If you have more agents/accounts than the new plan allows, you'll need to deactivate the extras first.

Annual vs monthly billing

  • Annual plans — 50% discount, billed once per year
  • Monthly plans — Full price, billed every month, cancel anytime

Meta conversation charges

In addition to your AIsoule subscription, Meta charges per conversation:

Payment methods

  • Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (India)
  • Stripe — Credit/debit cards (international)

Invoices

View and download invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
  2. Click on any invoice to view/download PDF

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  4. After expiry, your account moves to a limited free tier

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

FAQ

Q: What happens when I exceed my message limit? You'll receive a warning. Messages beyond the limit may be queued until the next billing cycle or you can purchase add-on credits.

Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual? Yes. Go to Billing → Change Plan and select the annual option. You'll get a prorated credit for the remaining monthly period.

Q: Is there a setup fee? No. All plans have zero setup fees.
