Mobile app setup

Manage your WhatsApp conversations from anywhere with the AIsoule mobile app.

Download

Setting up

  1. Download and open the app
  2. Enter your email and password (same as web login)
  3. If you belong to multiple organizations, select one
  4. You're in! The inbox loads with your conversations

Push notifications

The app sends push notifications for:

  • New incoming messages
  • Agent transfers
  • Campaign completions

Configuring notifications

Go to Settings → Notifications in the app:

  • Toggle push notifications on/off
  • Toggle notification sound
  • Enable/disable biometric lock

Biometric lock

Protect the app with Face ID or fingerprint:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications in the app
  2. Toggle "Biometric Lock" ON
  3. The app will require authentication when opened

Switching organizations

If you have multiple organizations:

  1. Go to Settings in the app
  2. Tap your organization name
  3. Select a different organization

Tips

  1. Enable push notifications — Never miss a customer message
  2. Use voice notes — Faster than typing on mobile
  3. Pin important chats — Swipe right on a conversation to pin it
  4. Use canned responses — Type / to access quick replies
  5. Set availability — Toggle "Away" when you're not working

Troubleshooting

"Login failed" — Make sure you're using the same email/password as the web app. Try resetting your password.

"No notifications" — Check your phone's notification settings for the AIsoule app. Make sure notifications are allowed.

"App crashes" — Update to the latest version from the Play Store. Clear app cache if issues persist.
