Profile settings (password, availability)

Profile settings

Manage your personal account settings — password, availability, and preferences.

Accessing profile settings

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner → Profile (or go to Settings → Profile).

Changing your password

  1. Go to Profile settings
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm new password (min 8 characters)
  5. Save

Setting availability

Toggle your availability status:

  • Online (green) — You're available to receive assignments and notifications
  • Away (yellow) — You won't receive new auto-assignments

This affects:

  • Auto-assignment routing (away agents are skipped)
  • Your status visible to team members
  • Does NOT affect existing conversations

Updating your name/email

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Edit your Full Name or Email
  3. Save

Note: Changing email may require re-verification.

Preferences

  • Theme — Light/Dark/System
  • Language — Interface language
  • Notifications — Sound, desktop alerts

Tips

  1. Set availability honestly — Helps the team know who's active
  2. Use a strong password — Don't reuse from other sites
  3. Update your name — Customers may see it in some contexts
  4. Toggle away for breaks — Prevents assignments during lunch/meetings
