Product catalog sync

Sync your product catalog from Meta Commerce Manager to share products in WhatsApp conversations.

Prerequisites

• A product catalog in Meta Commerce Manager
• Catalog linked to your WhatsApp Business Account

How sync works

1. You create/manage products in Meta Commerce Manager
2. AIsoule automatically syncs the catalog data
3. Products become available to share in conversations

Viewing synced products

1. Go to Settings → Catalog (or the catalog section)
2. Browse your synced products
3. Each product shows: name, image, price, description

Sending products in chat

Once synced:

1. Open a conversation
2. Click the 🛒 Product button
3. Browse or search your catalog
4. Select and send

Updating products

Changes made in Meta Commerce Manager sync automatically:

• New products appear within minutes
• Price changes update automatically
• Deleted products are removed

Tips

1. Manage in Meta — AIsoule reads from Meta, doesn't write back
2. Keep images updated — Fresh product photos improve engagement
3. Organize collections — Group related products for easy browsing
4. Check sync status — If products aren't showing, verify the catalog is linked to your WABA
