Pin important contacts to keep them at the top of your list.

How to pin a contact

On web

1. Open the contact
2. Click the ⭐ Star/Pin button
3. The contact moves to the top of your list

On mobile

• Swipe right on a conversation to pin it

Unpinning

Click the star/pin icon again to remove the pin.

Who sees pins?

Pins are per-user — each agent has their own pinned contacts. Your pins don't affect other team members.

Use cases

• VIP customers you check on regularly
• Active deals in negotiation
• Contacts waiting for follow-up
• Your most frequent conversations

Tips

1. Don't pin too many — 5-10 is ideal, more defeats the purpose
2. Unpin when resolved — Keep your pinned list fresh
3. Combine with tags — Pin + "vip" tag for important contacts
