Your use of the WhatsApp Business API through Waivvy is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of service. Meta/WhatsApp may impose additional restrictions on messaging volume and quality.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Waivvy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Upon account termination, you may request export of your data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waivvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waivvy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
