How do I get started?
Simply sign up for a free account at app.aisoule.com. You'll be guided through connecting your WhatsApp Business number, importing contacts, and sending your first message. The entire setup takes less than 10 minutes.
Can I have multiple team members on one account?
Yes! The Growth plan supports up to 10 team members, and Enterprise plans have unlimited team members. Each member can have different roles and permissions configured by the account admin.

Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes, the Starter plan is completely free forever with no credit card required. It includes 1 WhatsApp number, 500 messages per month, basic analytics, and contact management. Note that Meta's per-conversation charges still apply separately.
What are Meta's conversation charges?
Meta charges per-conversation fees for WhatsApp Business API usage. These vary by country and conversation type (marketing, utility, service, authentication). Waivvy passes these through at cost with no markup. You can view current rates in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
