Requirements

โ€ข 0-2 years of experience in customer support โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English โ€ข Basic computer proficiency โ€ข Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment โ€ข Experience with CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus โ€ข Patience and empathy when dealing with customers

Responsibilities
